The short version
This site is an informational, pre-launch preview of AniFX. There is nothing to purchase, no account to create, and no user-generated content to submit. By browsing this site you're simply viewing published content — the terms below exist to be explicit about that, not to introduce restrictions on a product that doesn't yet exist.
Scope of this site
Everything on this site — the effects catalog, concept examples, guides, and curated collections — describes AniFX's planned product and previews content for an animation engine that is still in development. No effect, example, or feature described here is guaranteed to ship in the form shown, on any particular timeline, or at all. Status language on individual pages ("concept", "planned", "in development") reflects the actual state of that content as of the time it was published.
No purchases, no accounts
This site does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not require you to create an account to view any page. There is no subscription, no free trial, and no waitlist to join. If AniFX later introduces accounts or paid features, those will come with their own explicit terms at that time — this document does not attempt to cover them in advance.
No user-generated content
There is currently no way to upload an image, submit a comment, or otherwise contribute content to this site. Every image, description, and piece of copy here was written or produced by AniFX. Rules governing user-submitted content will be added once the product actually accepts uploads.
Content and accuracy
Effect descriptions, concept examples, and guide content are provided for informational purposes about a product that is still being built. Concept examples are illustrative previews of an intended visual result, not a demonstration of a working, shippable feature — pages that show them are labeled as concept previews. Content on this site may change, be corrected, or be removed at any time as the underlying product develops.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its normal operation, circumvent its technical controls, or scrape it in a way that places undue load on the underlying infrastructure.
Changes to these terms
As AniFX moves from this preview stage toward a live product with accounts, uploads, or payments, these terms will be substantially rewritten to reflect that product before those features become available.

AniFX does not yet publish a dedicated contact channel on this preview site. If a specific point of contact is needed at this stage, none is currently established here rather than have this page invent one.
