About this effect
Moving Reflections identifies reflective surfaces — water, glass, polished metal, wet pavement — and animates the reflected light and color on those surfaces independently of the rest of the frame, as if the surrounding environment were subtly shifting. The underlying subject stays still while its reflection carries a slow, believable ripple or shimmer.
