About this effect
Light Sweep animates a diagonal highlight band that travels across the frame once per loop, brightening surfaces and reflective areas as it passes over them before fading out. It is modeled on the sheen effect seen on glass, metal, or glossy print. The sweep respects the image geometry so it appears to interact with surfaces rather than sitting as a flat overlay.
