Cinematic Zoom
AvailableCinematic Zoom slowly pushes the camera toward a point you choose, then eases back out so the clip loops without a jump. It is the quietest effect in the studio, which is why it suits product shots, portraits and landscapes where you want movement without distraction.

The image scales up by your zoom amount and back again on a smooth ease. The focus point decides where the push heads: that point is kept in view as the frame grows, so a subject placed off-centre can be pulled in rather than cropped away.
Works best on
- Single, clear subjects such as a product, a face or a building
- Landscapes and interiors with a natural point of interest
- High-resolution images, which stay sharper at higher zoom amounts
Think twice about
- Busy images with no obvious focal point
- Low-resolution images pushed to the maximum zoom, which will look soft
- Tight crops where the subject already touches the frame edge

A gentle push-in draws the eye to the item without adding clutter.
Social posts and stories
Gives a static photo enough movement to stand out in a feed.
Website hero loops
A subtle looping background that does not compete with the headline.
Slides and presentations
Adds life to a full-bleed image on a title or section slide.
Settings you can change
- Zoom amount
- How far the image pushes in, from a subtle 5% to a dramatic 60%. The default is 25%.
- Focus X / Focus Y
- Where the push heads, from 0 to 1 across the image. 0.5 / 0.5 is the centre.
- Loop duration
- From 1 to 10 seconds. Longer loops feel calmer; shorter ones feel more urgent.
Exporting
The studio records the loop in real time, so a 4-second loop takes about 4 seconds to export. You get MP4 in Chromium-based browsers, WebM where the browser supports it, and a PNG-sequence ZIP as a fallback. GIF export is not available.
