About this effect
Neon Pulse detects saturated, glowing light elements in an image — signage, edge lighting, LED accents — and animates their brightness in a slow rhythmic pulse, with a soft bloom that expands and contracts in sync. Non-glowing areas of the image stay static, so the pulse reads as an isolated light behavior rather than a whole-frame effect.
