About this effect

Hologram applies a cyan-tinted, semi-transparent overlay with animated horizontal scan lines and intermittent flicker to a chosen subject, simulating the look of a projected holographic image. Edges gain a faint glow and slight vertical jitter, while opacity dips briefly at irregular intervals to sell the projection illusion.
