About this effect
VHS Distortion recreates the look of a paused or playing VHS tape: horizontal tracking noise near the top and bottom edges, soft chroma bleed around high-contrast edges, faint scan lines, and a subtle frame jitter. Unlike Glitch Shift, this is a continuous low-level texture rather than intermittent bursts, meant to sit under the whole image as a persistent analog quality.
