About this effect
Fire Embers animates small glowing particles that rise, drift sideways slightly, flicker in brightness, and fade out near the top of their path, simulating embers lifted by heat. The effect can be anchored to an implied light or heat source in the image so the embers appear to originate from a believable point rather than floating randomly across the whole frame.
